POVEZANOST IZMEÐU MORFOLOŠKIH PARAMETARA I BRZINE ŠUTA, MAKSIMALNE SNAGE I BRZINE PLIVANJA KOD ELITNIH VATERPOLISTA

Sažetak
Tehnički, taktički i fiziološki zahtjevi vaterpola, koji su nekada bili standard, danas više nisu aktuelni.
Napredak u ukupnom pristupu ovoj sportskoj disciplini, kako sa igračkog i trenerskog, tako i sa naučnog stanovišta, doveo je do konstituisanja novih funkcionalno-motoričkih principa, koji danas važe
u ovoj sportskoj igri. Odnos morfoloških karakteristika i specifično-motoričkih sposobnosti predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih osobina igračkog profila elitnog vaterpoliste. Cilj ove studije je bio da ispita
i definiše povezanost između antropometrijskih karakteristika (tjelesna visina, raspon ruku, dužina
noge, tjelesna masa i BMI) i tri specifična fitness testa: brzina vaterpolo plivanja na 20 metara, maksimalna dinamometrijska sila vaterpolskim „biciklom“ i brzina leta lopte kod vaterpolo udarca. Uzorak
ispitanika je obuhvatio 22 (23,04 ± 2,72 god.) vaterpolista vrhunskog kvaliteta, članova Crnogorske
vaterpolo reprezentacije i jednog vaterpolo kluba koji se takmiči u Jadranskoj ligi. Brzina vaterpolo
šuta je pokazala statistički značajnu povezanost sa maksimalnom dinamometrijskom silom (r=0,455,
p=0,033). Maksimalna dinamometrijska sila vaterpolskim „biciklom“, osim sa brzinom šuta pokazala
je značajnu povezanost sa tjelesnom masom (r=0,745, p=0,000), tjelesnom visinom (r=0,568, p=0,006),
BMI (r=0,521, p=0,013) i rasponom ruku (r=0,488, p=0,021). Što se tiče brzine vaterpolo plivanja
nisu pronađene statistički značajne korelacije. Jedan od glavnih nalaza ovog istraživanja jeste da brzina
vaterpolo plivanja nema statistički značajnu povezanost ni sa jednim od primijenjenih morfoloških i
specifično-motoričkih parametara. Drugi veoma važan zaključak jeste da brzina šuta značajno korelira samo sa maksimalnom dinamometrijskom silom vaterpolskim „biciklom“. Sa druge strane nije
pronađena niti jedna statistički značajna veza brzine šuta sa primijenjenim antropometrijskim parametrima, koji su skoro u potpunosti determinisali rezultat u testu za procjenu maksimalne dinamometrijske sile.
